At Three Peaks GBR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the garment is free from any signs of wear.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
